The FCS FB-R Series is a large rotary table two-component injection molding machine suited for two-component and multi-component products across automotive lighting, home appliances, and more, with clamping force ranging from 700 to 1,900 tons.
The rotary table is controlled by a servo motor, shortening rotary time by more than 50% while delivering a more stable rotary speed switch.
When the rotary table rotates, it does not touch the mold plate, avoiding wear and tear and extending equipment life.
An accurate rotary positioning clamper protects the mold and ensures precise, repeatable alignment throughout production.
Various injection types can be molded to multi-component parts, offering exceptional flexibility for complex applications.
Multiple independent barrels enable parallel injection, greatly shortening the overall cycle time for higher throughput.
